This training course meets the training requirements for certification as an IRCA or an equivalent accreditation body’ s QMS lead auditor, as well as internal audit requirements, which consists of expertise classes, case studies, workshops, interactive sessions, role plays and practical demonstration exercises.

The main aim of this training course is to provide and enhance competence to Managers, Executives, Consultants, Auditors, Students and HoDs with knowledge and skills required to perform industrial audits of various kinds (Internal Audits, Supplier Audits and External Audits capable of leading a team of people) and implement and maintain the Quality Management System effectively in accordance with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and under the guidelines ISO 19011
